Network Engineer L1/2 - KT

About the Role

The Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of network infrastructure supporting THE CUSTOMER Cloud and Data Hub environments. This role ensures the availability, performance, and security of all network components, and serves as the first and second line of response for network-related issues and incidents.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous

• Hands-on experience with enterprise network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN technologies in Cloud (i.e. AWS) and On-prem

• Familiarity with network security principles, ACL management, and security hardening practices

• Experience working in government or regulated environments is an advantage
