Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Network Engineer with at least 2 years relevant work experience with minimum CCNA certified, CCNP preferred
• Required to handle daily Operation/support duties including SLA, CR, SR, and Incident reporting.
• Rotational standby support is required, and may occasionally need to travel to remote sites
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Follow site safety and disciplinary procedures
• Other work assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
• Knowledge in network management and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
• Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage
• Able to start work immediately
