Responsibilities
- Lead implementation, management, and troubleshooting of critical virtualized infrastructure across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments
- Perform high-level troubleshooting and resolution of complex network and critical infrastructure issues (L2/L3)
- Work closely with customers, engineers, and developers to track and address end-to-end project issues and dependencies
- Develop, scope, and create detailed technical documents, including network architecture designs, operational guides, and Statement of Work (SoW)
- Stay current with new technologies and product updates through regular training and education
- Execute system configurations, focusing on network devices and security policies, including preparing implementation and rollback plans
- Manage and execute high-priority network-related emergency handling and incident response
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT and Cloud Computing domain
- Proficient in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewalls
- Strong knowledge of Unix-based operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, SUSE)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA A+, etc.) is advantageous
