- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT/OT infrastructure and operational environments.
- Experience integrating enterprise IT networks with OT systems and industrial equipment.
- Hands-on knowledge of HMIs, PLCs, SCADA systems, sensors, CMMs, CNC machines, and 3D printers.
- Ability to update PLC configurations, IP addressing, and network parameters.
- Perform OT asset inventory collection, validation, and documentation.
- Identify operational and cybersecurity risks and proactively escalate issues.
- Strong understanding of industrial protocols such as OPC-UA, Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, and SMB.
- Experience designing and supporting LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Proficiency in configuring Cisco switches, routers, SD-WAN, and Check Point firewalls.
- Experience with firewall rule management, network security configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network segmentation and micro-segmentation using VLANs, switches, and network taps.
- CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent networking certification preferred.
