Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for F5 devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and application connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain load balancing, virtual servers, and related policies.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change implementations.
- Work with internal teams to ensure network availability and performance.
- Maintain basic documentation and reports.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in networking.
- Hands-on experience with F5 (LTM preferred).
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS.
- Knowledge of firewall and security fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
