Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity and security issues.
- Support network upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
- Assist in implementing network security measures and access controls.
- Document network configurations, incidents, and changes.
- Provide L1 support for escalated network issues.
Skills & Requirements:
- 2-6 years experience in network administration/engineering.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, Routing & Switching.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/HP/Aruba devices.
- Familiarity with firewalls (Fortinet/Palo Alto/Cisco ASA).
- Understanding of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.).
- Knowledge of network security principles and troubleshooting.
- Certifications preferred: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
