Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Field engineer Tier 1.5 network support

. Perform administration and support activities

. Network installation / configuration

. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation

. Participate in on call process as required

Job Requirements:

. Working experience with switches, routers, firewall

. Knowledge on TCP/ IP, Layer 2 & Layer 3 Switches

. Knowledge with Wireless Network & Wireless Security

. Experience with Network monitoring tools

. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent

. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and minimum with CCNA certification or equivalent

. Good Knowledge: Domain environment & MS Exchange (Microsoft certification) / Networking (Routing and Switching) / Virtualization environment (Hyper-V and VMware)

. Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities, good problem-solving skills and good verbal and written communication skills
