Job Summary
You will install and maintain wired and wireless network infrastructures, perform Level 1/2 cloud monitoring, and troubleshoot network issues both remotely and onsite. This role includes basic project management and after-hours remote network support.
Responsibilities
- Install new wired and wireless network infrastructures to meet project specifications
- Perform Level 1/2 cloud monitoring to detect and respond to network events and issues
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless network setups remotely and onsite to restore service and optimize performance
- Manage assigned projects by coordinating tasks and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Provide after-hours remote monitoring and support to maintain network uptime and reliability
- Engage with new security and infrastructure solutions during project roll-outs to enhance network capabilities
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or certificate in IT or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with networking setup
- Basic working knowledge of Internet connectivity and networking solutions including WiFi APs, switches, firewalls, and routers
- Demonstrated responsibility and reliability in previous roles
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Immediate availability to start work is preferred
