Network Engineer - CCNP

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management
• Support and manage office network architecture, resources, and overall operating environment.
• Monitor network availability and capacity to identify performance risks.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), logical diagrams, and inventory records.
• Technical Expertise
• Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in network infrastructure services.
• Understand network operations, governance, and best practices.
• Apply basic security awareness in operations.
• Collaboration & Support
• Work with Business Units to ensure network infrastructure meets application system needs.
• Support infrastructure projects, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Project Delivery
• Participate in network appliance tech-refresh projects.
• Contribute to project planning and execution while monitoring performance impact.
