About the job
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDWAN).
- Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, and SDWAN devices.
- Monitor network performance and provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and project teams to optimize and scale network performance.
- Work with vendors and IT teams to resolve critical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and service records.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging networking technologies.
Skill & Experience require
- Min 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise-scale or multinational environments.
- Knowledge of routing and switching protocols, enterprise routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS, static routing) or Layer 2/3 technologies such as VLANs, Spanning Tree, and redundancy protocols (HSRP/VRRP/GLBP).
- Experience with enterprise network operating systems and hardware, devices and operating systems. e.g.Cisco IOS, Arista EOS, Juniper, HPE/Aruba, or Fortinet)
- Solid understanding of network operating systems, monitoring, and diagnostic tools.
Nice-to-Have (added advantages)
- Cisco CCNP/CCIE or higher certification (e.g. Encore, Enterprise, Data Center, or equivalent). Strong hands-on MNC or enterprise experience may be considered in place of certification.
- Experience with switch deployments (enterprise-grade platforms)
- Exposure to wireless or SDWAN technologies.
