Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Fortinet and Juniper firewalls and switches to ensure network security and reliability
- Lead and manage network and security projects from initial planning through successful implementation and delivery
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions and presentations to team members and end-users to enhance knowledge and skills
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and manage third-party vendors to support network operations
- Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support business and technical objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in IT Networking or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a system integrator (SI) environment with network and security exposure
- Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot Fortinet and Juniper firewalls and switches
- Demonstrated capability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills applied to network security and troubleshooting tasks
- Effective communication skills for technical and client interactions
- Experience implementing network security projects
- Willingness to work extended and after-office hours when required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Exposure to GPU servers, network analyzers, load balancers, or endpoint protection tools
