Network Engineer

. Configuration of all types of active devices like Switches, CCTV cameras, wi-fi devices and access control

. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN)

. Respond to network alerts and support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.

. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

. Perform routine checks to ensure network health, availability, and performance.

. Maintain inventory and documentation for all network assets and patch panels

Qualifications:

. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

. Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations or a similar role.

. Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
