Network Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and dependable Network Engineer to join our team in supporting enterprise IT and network infrastructure projects across Singapore. This role involves onsite implementation, technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for customer environments. Candidates who are keen to build hands-on experience in networking and infrastructure technologies are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Deployment & Implementation

• Support installation, relocation, upgrade, and maintenance activities for network and IT infrastructure equipment.
• Assist with onsite implementation, migration, and post-deployment operational support.
• Perform site preparation activities including basic site surveys, equipment staging, rack mounting, structured cabling, and device installation.
• Configure basic network connectivity and remote access settings according to project requirements.
• Prepare implementation records, reports, and supporting technical documentation.
• Support deployment and maintenance of infrastructure technologies including:
• Routers and switches
• Wireless LAN and access points
• Firewalls and security appliances
• UPS systems and related infrastructure equipment

Technical Support & Operations

• Provide onsite and remote technical assistance for customer systems and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and connectivity-related issues.
• Carry out hardware replacement, firmware updates, and software maintenance activities.
• Support equipment replacement and RMA coordination where required.
• Work closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams to support issue resolution and service delivery.
• Participate in standby or after-hours support arrangements when required to support operational needs.

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Networking, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking and IT infrastructure environments.
• Exposure to technologies or solutions from Cisco, Meraki, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Microsoft would be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support practices.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
