Netsuite ERP Consultant - Junior

At Motiv Digital, our ERP consultants are responsible for identifying clients&apos business needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. We are seeking a self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented Junior Consultant. Key objectives of this role include system development and configuration, client UAT testing, and go-live support.

We focus on providing best-in-class consulting and software development services that cover Enterprise Resource Planning, Web and App development, Business Intelligence, and Integration Services.

Responsibilities:

- Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from consultation and design to configuration and implementation of the NetSuite ERP system.

- Determine clients&apos needs through online/in-person consultations.

- Evaluate clients&apos current business workflow and make recommendations for system improvements.

- Prepare documents, including Functional Specifications, Training Manuals, User Guides, etc.

- Build trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- A degree holder in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Business Administration or relevant disciplines is highly preferred.

- Experience in ERP implementation will be an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

- Outstanding business acumen, analytical mind, problem-solving ability, and teamwork mindset.

- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.

- Ability to work as a team member or as an individual.

- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a bonus.
