We are currently looking for .NET Software Engineers with hands-on experience in C# .NET to join a team focused on refactoring and modernising legacy software and leveraging GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance and maintain the existing enterprise-level system.
- Investigate and resolve software defects in existing C# .NET, MS SQL, JAVA applications.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis for reported issues and propose sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with QA and business teams to reproduce bugs and verify fixes.
- Write and maintain unit tests and regression tests using frameworks such as MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit.
- Optimize and refactor code for improved performance and maintainability.
- Review logs and metrics to diagnose system behavior and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely delivery of fixes and patches.
- Document resolutions and updates in internal knowledge bases.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in C# .NET software development with exposure to Java.
- At least 4 years of experience in MS SQL Server and writing/debugging SQL queries.
- Experienced in performing root cause analysis and resolving performance issues.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git).
- Exposure to Microservices / Kafka
- Experience with Visual Studio, Git, and issue tracking tools like JIRA.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with proactive mindset.
