.NET Developer

1.Roles and Responsibilities:

Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Implementing new features and enhancing existing ones. Ensuring code adheres to security, performance, and scalability standards.

Identifying, debugging, and resolving software issues. Optimizing existing code for better performance and efficiency. Contributing to refactoring efforts for legacy code.

Reviewing pull requests from peers and providing constructive feedback. Collaborating with other developers, designers, and product managers to refine requirements and solutions.

Participating in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Assisting with CI/CD pipeline management wherever applicable, Deploying code to staging/production environments as per team guidelines.

Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner

2.Skills /Competencies:

a.Essential Skills:

Proficiency with ASP.NET 8.0, MS SQL, and the .Net framework (version 4.5 and higher) is desirable

Must be hands-on Stored Procedures and UDFs

Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services

Extensive experience in an Agile environment, with a strong commitment to Agile values and collaborative teamwork

b.Preferredskills

Familiarity with NOSQL and database design is preferred

Experience in developing and managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines

Proficiency with WebAPI and REST services is preferred

Knowledge of Software Engineering principles and methodologies
