We are hiring an experienced .NET Developer to support critical development and maintenance of high-performance solutions supporting both public and private market strategies within the fund. You'll play a key role in building robust, maintainable systems and contribute to the team's long-term transformation roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with software applications, ensuring smooth and efficient operation by providing timely and effective support.
- Diagnose and address technical issues reported by users, including application bugs, data errors, and performance-related problems.
- Analyze error logs and system behavior to identify recurring issues, implementing preventative measures to enhance application stability.
- Perform updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure the application aligns with the latest company codebase and industry standards.
- Manage, prioritize, and resolve support requests in a timely manner to minimize user disruption.
- Provide technical assistance to users encountering issues with the application, offering clear solutions and guidance.
- Communicate technical problems and solutions to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and report bugs, recommend improvements, and contribute to overall application enhancements.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience developing end-to-end business applications using technologies such as C# .NET, AWS, TDD
- 2+ years of experience working with Web Services APIs.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, database concepts, and system integration.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies and tools.
