Neonatal Staff Nurse (PERM, South/Central) #HFT

• Provide professional maternal and infant care advice and emotional support to postpartum mothers, and effectively communicate with postpartum mothers.
• Adhere to standardized nursing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and practical assessment forms, perform relevant maternal and infant care procedures (feeding, bathing, changing diapers for newborns.etc).
• Establish a strong rapport with clients, exceeding their expectations by delivering personalized, high-quality services.
• Create a warm and comforting environment for mothers and newborns.
• Provide support to the nursing supervisor, complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct appropriate educational sessions tailored to the postpartum period.
• Assess and record clients learning progress, make timely improvements, summarize, optimize, and update educational materials regularly.
• Provide postpartum psychological counseling and support for mothers during the recovery process.
• Acquire new theoretical knowledge. Stay abreast of the latest developments in maternal and infant care. Complete required training.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• Experience in neonatal/midwifery would be advantageous, but no experience needed

• Must enjoy interacting with babies.

• Empathetic, responsible, compassionate, and patient.
