We are seeking a dedicated NDT Technician/Inspector to join our aerospace team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with international standards and customer requirements, while maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain valid NAS410 / EN4179 (or equivalent) Level II certification in required NDT methods.
- Perform NDT system checks, technique writing and inspections in line with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure equipment calibration and chemical consumables validity before use.
- Generate and issue NDT inspection reports with full traceability.
- Manage NDT consumables inventory (chemicals and related items), including batch number and expiry tracking.
- Maintain comprehensive NDT documentation, including techniques, chemical records, process system performance, inspection reports and job records.
- Oversee NDT facilities upkeep, housekeeping, and waste disposal.
- Maintain D1 Rating certifying staff requirements if appointed.
- Support other tasks as required by supervisors or company management.
Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Engineering
- Qualified NDT Level 2 (ASNT/APCN Aero/NAS 410/En 4179) with MPI/FPI methods
- Minimum 2 years experience in the NDT inspection for aircraft components
- Candidate who passed M10, CO1 CAAS paper will be advantage
- Candidates must be able to meet near vision & color perception requirement
