Perform non-destructive tests (NDT) and determine product acceptability to the authorized limits of the NDT level obtained in accordance with the prescribed methods and procedures
Perform NDT Inspection duties in support of customer parts
Record, organize and evaluate test results and generate NDT reports
Perform verification of In-coming / In-process dimensional inspection
Perform Final Dimensional and Visual Inspection
Maintain all measuring equipment in QA Department
Ensures compliance to all radiation safety rules and regulations and provides protections to self and others during testing
Dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with Environmental Regulations
Maintenance and calibration of all NDT equipments
Buy off and maintain NDT consumables and ensure inventory is up to date
Coordinate NDT Inspection workload according to priorities, efficiency and cost
Participate and drive any projects assigned
Take on any task assigned by superior
Requirements
Minimum Technical Certificate/NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical/Precision) or equivalent
At least two years working experience in related field
Able to perform measurement using micrometer, surface roughness, bore gauge and NDT Level II (At least LPI, MPI & UT)
Required language(s): English (both spoken and written)
