Job Description:
- Perfrom X-Ray / FPI Inspection on aircraft engine components.
- Interpret work instructions and to make decisions on acceptance / rejection of parts.
- Work on written instructions , operations sheets, SOP , engineering drawings and quality proceedures using X-Ray / FPI NDT Methods on aircraft enfine components to locate discontinuities.
- Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equiptments and perform daily system check.
- Use NDT inspection methods to ensure maximum quality of products, defects and review test orders to determine type of test required, test procedures and part acceptability criterial.
- Participate in CIP projects, audit preparations and process reports for corrective actions.
- Comply with all company safety rules and regulations.
Job Requirement:
- Min O Levels or equal
- Willing to be based in Singapore
- Strong hands on RT experience is a must
- Experience level requirments: NAS 410/ EN 4179 or relevant Certification in X-Ray (RT/ FPI/ MT/ PT)
