When you work in Freight Logistics and Operations at Kuehne+Nagel, you play a key role in optimising processes and ensuring that inventory and shipments move efficiently. But that is not all. You will be managing the System and Process functions supporting this including all the related activities of process analysis, continuous improvement, training, support and maintenance of all processes and related applications.
Your focus will be on constantly supporting our teams through enhancing operational capability and delivery of data accuracy and quality, implementing new systems, testing andtraining. You will also be responsible to monitor and intervene to improve each process and related KPI in the sea logistics organization.
Extensive knowledge of sea freight operations and international shipping regulations, including import/export compliance.
Strong ability to design, implement, and optimize logistics processes with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Hands‑on experience with logistics systems/ERPs (e.g., SAP, CargoWise) and leading system implementations or integrations.
Proven track record in leading cross‑functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at national level.
Skilled in data analysis and reporting, translating insights into actionable improvements and strategic decisions.
Commercial acumen to balance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Resilient, detail‑oriented, and adaptable, with a customer‑centric mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.
