How you create impact

The Sea Logistics National Revenue Manager is a critical senior leadership role within the Sea Logistics organization.

As part of the Sea Logistics management team, you are responsible for maximizing national yield and revenue performance, while driving development in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and global pricing guidelines.

Partnering closely with key business leaders, the National Revenue Manager drives pricing and commercial strategies to customers by effectively coordinating and aligning cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Care, Trade Management, Global Pricing, and international partner stations.

Through proactive communication and strong market insight, this role identifies and captures revenue opportunities, delivering market-leading gross profit yields while supporting sustainable, above-market volume growth.

What we would like you to bring

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and empower high-performing pricing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of designing and executing effective pricing strategies across trade lanes, customers, and markets
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights and maintain high data integrity to support pricing decisions and tender processes
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and industry benchmarks (e.g. Xeneta, SCFI), with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Expertise in driving gross profit (GP) yield optimization, balancing revenue growth with sustainable margin management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across cross-functional and regional teams
  • Sound commercial judgment, with confidence in making and approving calculated pricing decisions aligned with business strategy
  • Ability to drive execution and ensure alignment with global pricing frameworks, systems, and best practices
  • Results-oriented mindset, with experience in tracking performance and delivering against KPIs
  • High attention to detail and ownership, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability in data and reporting
