Job Description

Working Location: Ubi

Working Arrangement: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

Industry: Cutting Tools Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in Singapore

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key end users/customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders

  • Manage and grow strategic customer accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

  • Lead commercial negotiations and develop long-term customer engagement strategies

  • Work closely with global headquarters and regional stakeholders to align local strategies with corporate objectives

  • Lead business development efforts to win new accounts and expand existing customer relationships

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline

  • Proven track record in distributor management, channel development, and end-user customer acquisition

  • 5 - 10 years sales experience in cutting tool industry

  • Experience working within a multinational or global organisation
