Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share in Singapore
Build and strengthen relationships with key end users/customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders
Manage and grow strategic customer accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Lead commercial negotiations and develop long-term customer engagement strategies
Work closely with global headquarters and regional stakeholders to align local strategies with corporate objectives
Lead business development efforts to win new accounts and expand existing customer relationships
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline
Proven track record in distributor management, channel development, and end-user customer acquisition
5 - 10 years sales experience in cutting tool industry
Experience working within a multinational or global organisation
