Nail Salon Store Manager

Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

. Responsible for working closely with staff in day-to-day outlet operation

. Maintain good rapport with staff to ensure sales targets are achieved by individual and team performance

. Ability to drive sales and build a new customer base

. Promote brand awareness and the company's service/ products to customers

. Handle customer's feedback professionally

. Lead and motivate staff in providing excellent service

. Deliver professional nail services, including manicure/ pedicure, extension and gel nail services

. Good excellent cleanliness and hygiene practices

. Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients

. Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly

. Ensuring that nail supplies are adequately stocked

. Advise clients on nail care and the use of products and colours

. Promote and sell nail care products

. Oversee staff deployment, leave, recruitment and training

. Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

. Candidates must have prior experience handling all operational aspects of a nail salon, with at least 5 years relevant experience

. Able to work on weekends and PH

. Good communication skills and cheerful personality

. Must be bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking staff and customers
