As a Mystery Shopper, you will assess service quality and provide detailed observations based on your experience.
Job Requirement
- Committed throughout the duration of the project.
- Proficient in Spoken & Written English.
- Has an eye for detail and sharp observation skills.
- Comfortable with playing out scenarios during mystery shop.
- Must have excellent critical thinking skills to handle different possible scenarios on the spot.
- Possess a positive work attitude and enjoys report writing.
- Shopper must be willing to make purchases during some audits (which will be reimbursed later).
- Shopper must be able to conduct audit during working hours where necessary.
Remuneration
You will be paid based on per audit.
