Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage studio bookings, scheduling, and client communications
  • Maintain studio equipment and ensure all facilities are in optimal condition
  • Oversee staff, including trainees and part timers
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with bands, and industry professionals
  • Ensure a seamless and professional client experience
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements to studio services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in studio management, event management, or a similar role
  • Good understanding of sound engineering, audio recording and live-streaming
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for the music industry and an ability to work in a dynamic, creative environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (week days average: 4hrs / week end average: 8hrs)
