Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced professional to support its Music Partnerships team in Singapore. This role will oversee projects, analyze data, manage partner relationships, and deliver marketing initiatives across the AsiaPacific region.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with royalty collection societies and music publishers to strengthen the client's music programs and create value for partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive music publishing partnership projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and crossfunctional collaboration are met.
  • Utilize dashboards and databases to extract, validate, and format data analyze royalty and partnership metrics to guide business decisions prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with royalty societies and publishers act as the main contact for queries and escalations manage payments and resolve partner issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to execute social content campaigns oversee implementation and measure outcomes.
  • Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and track followup actions across regional and global teams.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM tools to manage partner information plan and deliver workshops, presentations, and events.
  • Develop professional slide decks for partner engagements with strong communication skills.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in digital music publishing, focusing on partnerships and rights management.
  • Experience working with royalty collection societies and publishers in AsiaPacific.
  • Proven ability to influence and align crossfunctional teams.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical background with experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and event management.
  • Skilled in presentation development and delivery.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a plus since the role will cover additional countries in Asia. (Bahasa, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Tagalog).
  • Experience managing partner payments and resolving operational issues.
