Murex Test Manager

Project Description:

We require an experienced Murex Test Manager to work across our client base.The role will suit a techno/ functional resource with extensive knowledge of the Murex

Responsibilities:

Build and properly document test plans

Be responsible for any/all coordinated testing for controlled environments

Define policies and procedures for testing

Own defect management process and escalate any issues in a timely manner

Obtain sign-off from users performing the testing

Manage weekly status report for all testing activities

Oversee and coordinate data migration activities in line with the planned sprints

Manage RAID log and escalate to Delivery Manager as necessary

Mandatory Skills Description:

5+ years of relevant Test Management experience for Murex.

Knowledge on financial market products and their lifecycle

Experience on murex setup and functional tests using various module of murex is desirable

Ability to work independently

Experience in working direct with Technical leads, project managers and Business Analysts in business and IT organization

Experience of the execution of tests throughout the lifecycle of development projects

Excellent communication, inter-personal skills and problem solving skills

It would be important to have Murex Migration project experience with exposure to 2.11 to 3.1.
