Your new role
- Act as the first point of contact for application support issues raised by Front Office (FO), Middle Office (MO), Operations, and Risk users.
- Undertake light development tasks within the Murex environment to implement bug fixes, develop minor enhancements, and support configuration changes.
- Assist in the testing, deployment, and documentation of new Murex features and updates.
- Document functional flows, test results, and provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow between systems.
What you need
- At least 5+ years experience with Murex application support
- Experience with troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple Murex modules (e.g., FO, Datamart, Accounting, Market Risk, MLC, MXML)
- Experience with SQL (Oracle/Sybase) for data analysis and troubleshooting within the Murex database.
- Perform minor development/bug-fixing tasks within a Murex environment.
