Murex MxML Developer

We are looking for a skilled Murex MxML Developer with strong experience in Murex integration and MxML exchange workflows. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting MxML interfaces and ensuring seamless integration between Murex and external systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Murex MxML development
• Good understanding of Murex architecture and modules
• Experience in XML, XSLT, and integration workflows
• Knowledge of capital markets (FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
• Experience in handling MxML Exchange and workflows
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain MxML interfaces within the Murex platform
• Work on inbound and outbound MxML messaging (trade feeds, confirmations, market data, etc.)
• Customize and configure MxML workflows based on business requirements
• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams to gather requirements
• Perform debugging, testing, and optimization of MxML flows
• Handle integration between Murex and third-party systems using XML/XSLT
• Support production issues and ensure timely resolution
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Unix/Linux and scripting (Shell/Python)
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Exposure to Murex environments (DEV/UAT/PROD support)
• Prior experience in banking or financial institutions
