. The Murex Front Office Lead is a senior subject matter expert responsible for the analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of the Murex MX.3 Front Office platform within a corporate and investment banking transformation programme.

. This role will lead Front Office workstreams supporting strategic MX.3 initiatives, including platform upgrades, new module implementations, reconciliation frameworks, automation initiatives, and Straight-Through Processing (STP) enhancements.

. Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the incumbent will drive requirements gathering, functional design, solution configuration, and successful delivery across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities::

. Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

. Lead Front Office requirements analysis across asset classes including FX, Money Markets, Interest Rate Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Commodities, and Fixed Income.

. Conduct workshops with traders, sales teams, structurers, and business users to understand requirements and define target-state processes.

. Analyse existing trade populations, workflows, and system configurations to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

. Translate business requirements into BRDs, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Functional Specifications, and solution designs aligned with MX.3 capabilities.

. Provide impact assessments and recommend scalable Front Office solutions.

. Murex MX.3 Delivery & Configuration

. Design and configure trade capture, pricing models, booking structures, workflows, and instrument setups within Murex MX.3.

. Partner with business and technology teams to deliver STP solutions across pricing, execution, and trade processing workflows.

. Support MX.3 platform upgrades, reconciliation framework development, report enhancements, and migration activities.

. Oversee Front Office configuration, integration touchpoints, and data migration activities.

. Ensure high-quality delivery and smooth deployment of Front Office solutions.

. Stakeholder Management

. Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders on Murex Front Office capabilities and best practices.

. Communicate solution designs, delivery plans, and implementation impacts to senior stakeholders.

. Build strong relationships with Front Office users, programme managers, delivery teams, and Murex vendor representatives.

. Testing & Production Support

. Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release activities.

. Validate business outcomes and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.

. Support production deployments and resolve issues related to trade booking, pricing, market data, P&L, and trade lifecycle processing.

Required Experience::

. 10+ years of experience as a Murex Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, System Analyst, or Front Office SME within corporate or investment banking environments.

. Strong hands-on expertise with Murex MX.3 Front Office modules, including trade capture, pricing configuration, instrument setup, booking models, and workflow design.

. Extensive knowledge of FX, Money Markets, Interest Rate Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, and Commodities products.

. Strong understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, and Finance functions.

. Proven experience gathering requirements, producing functional documentation, and supporting large-scale Murex implementations or transformation programmes.

. Experience with Murex platform upgrades, reconciliation initiatives, environment management, or Product Control functions is highly desirable.

. Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience is an advantage.

Education Qualification

. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

. Master's degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
