Responsibilities
- Plan and manage various Murex Environments for (SIT, UAT & Regression)
- Liaise with teams on batch job setup requirements and also work with Business units on authorized ad-hoc requests
- Investigate the Job failure and take appropriate action.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Knowledge of Murex application support and development
- Must have 10 years of experience in managing environments
- Should have good experience in SQL, Unix & Control-M
- Familiar with L1 & L2 support processes and exposure
- Flexibility and Availability to work for support during early morning/late eve/ night hours and weekends
- Checking of logs and trace files as a part of troubleshooting
