Key responsibilities

Legal Counsel

5-10 years of PQE to take on a broad legal counsel role covering both transactional and non-transactional work covering multiple jurisdictions.

Paralegal

Support the Global Head of Compliance on a wide range of legal and compliance duties.

Role requirements

Compliance Officer/Senior Compliance Officer

5-15 years of compliance experience in electronic trading, market-making, or trading-technology environments.
Design and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Strong understanding of exchange rules, especially in the APAC region, and quant trading regulatory requirements.
Work with the IT Team to improve automated surveillance capabilities.
