About the Role
We are seeking a Multimedia Creative Designer to join our Trade Development team. You will be the visual engine behind SPH Media's B2B brand, responsible for creating high-impact content that drives lead generation and elevates our industry standing. Your primary focus is on high-end video production and strategic sales design, supported by a versatile skill set in digital assets and motion.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Video & Content Production
- End-to-End Production: Lead the creation of high-energy sizzle reels, client case studies, and trade highlight videos.
- On-Site Execution: Handle basic cinematographyincluding storyboarding and filming for internal interviews or BTS for major industry events.
- Post-Production: Expertly edit raw footage into polished narratives that demonstrate SPH Media's reach and authority.
2. Graphic Design
- Strategic Collateral: Design high-stakes GTM sales decks, whitepapers, and sectoral reports that make our data look indispensable to advertisers.
- Data Storytelling: Translate complex audience insights and media fragments into persuasive, client-ready infographics and visual assets.
- Narrative Consistency: Ensure all pitch materials follow a consistent, premium brand story to empower the sales team.
3. Digital Utility & Motion Support (Basic Proficiency)
- Motion & UI/UX: Support digital campaigns by developing basic motion graphics (kinetic typography, transitions) and designing high-fidelity visuals for trade newsletters and landing pages to ensure a seamless lead-generation journey.
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with 35 years of relevant design experience.
- The Portfolio: A strong showreel is a must. We are looking for an eye for pacing, music synchronization, and the ability to turn information into a compelling visual story.
- Technical Toolkit: Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Functional: Figma (for UI/web assets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Keynote).
- You are a proactive builder. You don't just wait for a brief; you suggest the best visual formatbe it a video or a deckto help us win the business.
- Strong time management, adaptability, and attention to detail.
