About This Role

We're looking for a passionate and agile Multimedia Content Creator to help bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. In this role, you'll ideate, edit, animate, and deliver engaging video and motion content across a variety of platforms — from social media to global campaigns. While occasional, basic filming may be needed, your true superpower lies in post-production. You have an eye for narrative, a strong flair for motion graphics and visual craft, and the agility to adapt to fast-moving production needs.

Success in this role depends on your ability to translate creative ideas into dynamic content that connects, your openness to explore new tools and techniques (including AI), and your collaborative mindset across diverse teams and disciplines.

What You'll Do

Video Editing & Motion Design

  • Edit and animate high-quality videos and motion assets for marketing campaigns, product storytelling, and digital platforms.
  • Bring static assets and graphics to life using kinetic typography, 2D animation, and dynamic visual effects.
  • Adapt and optimise assets for different formats and platforms — especially vertical short-form content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Occasionally capture basic video or stills to supplement existing footage when absolutely necessary.

Brand Expression & Storytelling

  • Transform briefs into impactful creative content that reflects our brand voice, audience expectations, and business objectives.
  • Maintain consistency across visual assets while evolving the creative approach based on insights and feedback.
  • Pitch and prototype ideas that bring a fresh, multi-disciplinary perspective to our storytelling.

Technical Craft & Execution

  • Deliver highly polished content with meticulous attention to pacing, rhythm, transitions, sound design, and visual balance.
  • Execute seamlessly across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, demonstrating strong proficiency in Premiere Pro (including colour grading and audio mixing) and After Effects (motion graphics, tracking, and compositing).
  • Optimise outputs for various devices, screen sizes, and formats.

Emerging Tools & Creative Experimentation

  • Stay curious and proactive in exploring evolving creative technologies — especially AI-enhanced tools that support content ideation, automate repetitive editing tasks, stylise video, or optimise outputs.
  • You're excited by new workflows that make production faster and storytelling smarter — from auto-subtitling and dynamic captions to AI-assisted editing, motion augmentation, and text-to-video experimentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders across teams and regions to deliver on content needs with clarity and consistency.
  • Provide creative input from ideation through to final delivery, adapting flexibly based on feedback.
  • Provide basic vendor coordination when bringing in external production partners (e.g., sourcing stock footage, coordinating voiceover artists, or managing external shooters).

What You'll Need

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in multimedia content creation, with a strong emphasis on video editing and motion graphics, preferably within marketing or creative teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Solid working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is required to prep design files for animation.
  • A strong visual instinct and ability to tell stories across different formats, blending live-action footage with motion graphics seamlessly.
  • A standout portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality, engaging editing work and creative versatility in motion design.
  • Strong time management and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and comfort working across time zones and cultures.
  • A growth mindset and openness to adopting emerging creative tools — including AI-driven platforms that simplify post-production.
  • (Nice to have) Basic 3D animation skills (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) or basic camera operating skills for the rare, lightweight shoot.
