Job Description
True intrapreneur, you'll be responsible for all of the operations of a business unit.
You will manage all systems and processes by managing directly 5 people dedicated to your business. This contains the production schedule, working with clients, and implementing new company policies. You will also be the one in charge of delivering.
You are a problem solver Do you like to assess system issues You have an analytical mindset and the ability to look through data all of the time.
Here are the main responsibilities of this position:
• Animation and management of your own Business Unit
• Animate meeting with international Teams based in Europe and Asia
• Ability to discuss with superiors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
• Acquire, manage and develop trade relations with partners, major multinational accounts
• Key Account Management and Sales Follow up in general
• Coaching and Mentoring of your team of Managers to ensure optimal competitiveness.
• Develop your business unit by recruiting your own team of consultants and managers.
• Enhance the expertise and pilot the careers of your team of consultants and Managers.
• Financial management of your own profit center in synergy with other departments to support the Group's growth
• Analyze data to look at trends and find problems
• Ensure that company policies are followed
• Optimize business workflows
• Create new company policies and processes
• Create a sustainable supply chain
• Reduce costs in manufacturing
• Monitor employee production and satisfaction
• Set team and individual goals
Soft skills and requirements
• Masters or MBA from top business or engineering schools
• 5+ years of experience in the consulting industry
• Strong knowledge in one of the following fields: Pharmaceutical industry/Engineering/IT
• Fluent in English and French. Other Asian languages is a must as per our clientele (Japanese and/or Chinese)
• Experience in doing business in Asia and managing large multicultural teams
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. finance, customer service, management, coaching, etc.)
• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to analyze processes and find risks
• Results-driven and ability to communicate
• Experience working in an ISO environment and in consulting topics
• Ability to identify weak spots in a process to improve efficiency
• Great planning and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-growing environment
