Your Key Responsibilities:
- Execute trades across global public equities, OTC and listed derivatives, and FX markets, ensuring best execution and optimal market impact.
- Develop and implement trading strategies to navigate liquidity shifts, market volatility, and order flow dynamics.
- Partner closely with portfolio managers and research teams to align execution strategies with investment objectives.
- Manage execution risk and compliance across multiple asset classes, ensuring adherence to global regulatory frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, exchanges, and liquidity providers to access the best market opportunities.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of trading experience across public equities, derivatives (OTC & listed), and FX, ideally within an asset management, hedge fund, or proprietary trading environment.
- Strong understanding of market microstructure, electronic execution, and algorithmic trading strategies.
- Proven ability to execute large and complex orders while minimizing slippage and managing risk effectively.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience utilizing trading analytics and data-driven insights.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA or relevant certifications are a plus).
