The Opportunity:

Join our rapidly expanding company with an entrepreneurial mindset and determination to be the best at everything we do. We are currently searching for an experienced trader to join our Dealing team. As a senior member of the Dealing team, you will be a key decision maker behind our internalization and market making business lines. Together with your senior colleagues, you will share the full ownership of internalization and market making business model design and implementation, P&L, risk management and capital management. Your mandate will cover all major traditional asset classes and cryptocurrencies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement successful business strategies, business models, trading strategies, and risk management strategies for our internalization and market making business lines.
• Share the full accountability for trading P&L, market risk, and capital with your senior colleagues in the Dealing team.
• Represent the company in managing existing relationships, and building new relationships with external counterparties, such as liquidity providers, market makers, and institutional clients.
• Participate in the development and optimization of our algorithmic trading library from a trader perspective.
• Lead and mentor junior traders, fostering talent development and retention.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a risk-taking trader role, either in sell or buy side, in an investment bank, market maker, hedge fund, or a similar institution.
• Hands on experience with systematic/algorithmic trading desk management.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, trade execution, and risk management.
• Strong communication skills towards both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with multi-asset CFD products and project management is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage, but not mandatory.
