Take a high-impact leadership role in defining and steering the strategic integration roadmap for a global lodging business.

• Evaluate and refine the existing enterprise and integration architecture to ensure alignment with long-term digital transformation objectives.

• Direct the end-to-end execution of complex integration initiatives, managing project lifecycles from conceptual design to final deployment.

• Provide deep-dive technical oversight by conducting code reviews and diagnosing root causes within integration implementations to ensure stability.

• Formulate and advocate for architectural best practices, developing comprehensive strategies to standardize and scale these frameworks across the organization.

• Serve as a key technical advisor to executive leadership, providing regular updates and strategic insights to the CIO and CEO.

skills and experience required.

• Valid professional certification in specialized integration platform architectures (MuleSoft).

• Extensive track record in enterprise or solution architecture, specifically within high-volume, global business environments.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at the C-suite level.

• Strong hands-on technical background with the capability to mentor development teams and resolve complex architectural bottlenecks.

• Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into scalable, resilient technical integration strategies.
