about the job

We are seeking a high-caliber Mulesoft Technical Architect to take on a strategic leadership role within our enterprise architecture team. You will be the primary bridge between technical execution and executive vision, interacting directly with client tech leads and presenting critical updates to the CIO and CEO.

• Strategic Assessment: Evaluate the current enterprise and integration architecture specifically for the lodging business (Ascott) to identify optimization opportunities.

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end integration projects, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.

• Technical Governance: Collaborate closely with developers to perform hands-on reviews of Mulesoft implementations and diagnose complex root causes.

• Roadmap & Best Practices: Recommend industry-leading integration standards and strategize the global rollout of best practices across the organization.

• Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, translating technical complexities into strategic business value.

skills and experience required

• Certification: Valid Mulesoft Certification is mandatory for this role.

• Architectural Expertise: Proven past experience in solution or enterprise architecture, preferably within the hospitality or large-scale service industry.

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.

• Technical Depth: Strong hands-on background in Mulesoft implementation, with the ability to perform deep-dive technical troubleshooting and code reviews.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess legacy environments and design future-state integration strategies that support business scalability.
