Introduction
This position is for BCD/Analog device design & process development. Solid understanding of BCD device fundamentals is essential. The candidate should take a lead role in design rule definition, test structure design, device development DOE and device characterization.
Your Job
- Lead BCD/Analog device design & design rule definition efforts with support teams.
- Process and device tuning DOE design
- Support customer technical communication.
- Own design rule & EP documents
- Co-ordinate SPICE/PDK development with support teams
- Ensure timely support on customer requests
Other Responsibilities
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience (2 years with PhD) in technology development, device design, debugging and process integration in manufacturing environment.
- Device physics knowledge is essential
- Effective communication skills. Fluency in English Language written & verbal
- Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
- BCD device design experience
