MS Dynamics 365 Financial Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MS Dynamics 365 Financial Consultant to join our team and support the implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions, with a focus on the Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of business transformation initiatives across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on Finance and SCM modules.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones across multiple business entities.
• Contribute to the development of project plans, risk assessments, and resource planning.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
• Support post-implementation review and ongoing solution optimization.
• Maintain thorough documentation of solutions, changes, and project artifacts.
• Provide input on process improvements and best practices related to D365 F&O implementations.

Requirements:

• 26 years of hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, especially in Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience in other D365 modules is acceptable if the candidate is open to cross-training.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Finance, Supply Chain, or Core) preferred.
• Solid understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle and methodologies such as Sure Step, Agile, or Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, across time zones and geographies.
• Willingness to travel across APAC as needed.
