Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) – PMO and Finance Consultant (Mandarin Speaking)

Experience Required: 5–8 Years

Location: On-Site (Singapore)

Key Responsibilities

PMO & Project Governance

• Define and manage PMO standards, frameworks, templates, and best practices for D365 F&O programs

• Support the complete project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly project status reports and dashboards

Finance & ERP Coordination

• Collaborate closely with Finance consultants on GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and financial reporting

• Support project financials including cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ensure compliance with financial controls, audits, and governance standards

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as primary coordination point between onsite, offshore, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

• Conduct project meetings, workshops, and reviews in Mandarin and English

• Translate business requirements and project updates across multicultural teams
