Lead or contribute to end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture and implementation.
Design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Field Service), .NET, Power Platform, and GIS tools like Maptaskr.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Develop integrations using Web API, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and third-party systems.
Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to support business process automation and reporting needs.
Contribute to multi-site deployment planning and system upgrades.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers and consultants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in customer engagements.
Required Skills & Experience:
10-12 years of overall IT experience.
8-10 years on Microsoft technologies, including 6-8 years hands-on with: .NET (C#, .NET 4.x) Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2013, 2016, and Dynamics 365 CE Cloud) SharePoint
Must have experience in at least 2-3 large MSCRM implementations, including multi-module and multi-geo rollouts.
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules: Sales, Service, Field Service.
