Desired Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering with at least 2 to 5 years of experience in MRO and Aerospacemanufacturing Engineering

2. Should have strong knowledge of Aero-engine components and manufacturing shop floor experience

3. Excellent knowledge and application of GD&T as well as Tolerance stack-up for sub-assemblies & assemblies

4. Proficiency in SAP,or Solumina and Engine Manual for integration and standardization in new applications

5. Should have strong knowledge on quality assurance Repair process planning and Assembly – disassembly procedures

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Should be able to read and understand the Aerospace components Engineering and stage drawings

2. Candidates should have MRO and supply chain activities experience

3. Must have good in Repair and Assembly process planning activities

4. Should update applicable Repair Work-Instructions (Operation & Step Level) for Engine Manual revision (SPM, CIR, specialprocess) – aircraft engines

5. Should be good in review of Process failure mode & effect analysis (PFMEA) for all production components

6.Should be able to review engineering and manufacturing change incorporation on process routings

7. Should have awareness of aerospace quality requirements

8. Communicating and collaborating with Customer & Project team to meet the delivery schedules.

• Daily production review & prioritization
• Material mitigation & solutioning
• Residual material identification & matching
• Cross-functional stakeholder coordination
• Material tracking & reporting
• Recovery action follow-up & escalation
• Material opportunity scouting
