Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
Moveworks Developer and Administrator to build, manage, and optimize AI-powered solutions on the Moveworks platform. The ideal candidate will have a blend of development and administrative expertise in Moveworks, with experience in enterprise IT service automation and conversational AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure workflows, skills, and custom integrations on the Moveworks platform.
- Maintain and administer Moveworks bot configurations and integrations across systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Workday, Slack, MS Teams).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand automation opportunities and implement intelligent resolutions using Moveworks capabilities.
- Monitor bot performance and continuously improve accuracy, user experience, and business outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot performance, data syncs, or integrations.
- Stay up to date with Moveworks feature updates and new capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.
- Support testing and deployment of new features and use cases.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity in all bot implementations.
Required Skills And Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Moveworks platform administration or development.
- Strong understanding of ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
- Hands-on experience with chatbots, natural language processing (NLP), and AI automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise communication platforms.
- Experience in REST APIs, scripting, or integration tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ticket classification, resolution automation, and conversational workflow design.
- Prior experience with AI/ML-driven support automation tools.
- Understanding of enterprise support operations (IT, HR, Finance).
- Moveworks platform certifications (if available).
