Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Move Manager at Intermovers (Singapore). The Move Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing international household goods removal and relocation services. This role will involve liaising with clients, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless moving experience. While the role is based in Singapore, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, logistics, and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of international relocation regulations and practices
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
  • Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations/processes
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Prior experience in handling RMC will be a plus
