Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Sales Consultant. You will play a key role in guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey by understanding their needs, recommending suitable vehicle options, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Recommend suitable vehicle models based on customer requirements
- Conduct product presentations and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Address customer enquiries and provide professional advice throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer purchasing experience
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales consulting or customer-facing sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage
- Fluency in English proficiency in additional languages is a plus
