Job Description & Requirements
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, wheel alignments, battery installations, headlight/taillight installations, vehicle spare parts.
- Interact with customers to obtain information about the problems they are experiencing with their vehicles
- Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Maintain workshop equipment and tools in good condition
- Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
- Provide professional advice for appropriate repairs, servicing, technical assistance and provide great customer service.
- Arrangement of inventory and stock take
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 year of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
